Welcome to the 2018 rockabilly extravaganza. we want to thank you for your interest in being a vendor. There are some things you will need to know before you send in your application. the date of the show is November 24TH 2018, RAIN OR SHINE. SPACES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. NO SALES OF ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGE RELATED ITEMS. NO SHARING OF SPOTS, INSURANCE IS ISSUED ONLY FOR THE VENDOR ASSIGNED TO THE SPOT TO THE NAME ON THE APPLICATION.VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL THEFT, LOSS AND DAMAGE.

There are limited spaces at the show for 2018 so please pay early to avoid the possibility of not getting a spot. The cutoff date to consign a spot at the show is Oct 24TH 2018 there will be no exceptions.

Methods of payment, mail a check along with a copy of the application to the address listed below, or call the phone number listed below and pay by credit card if you pay by card it will be your responsibility to fax or email a completed vendor form to the office to complete the vendor process.

We pride our show on having the best and most unique vendors. we try to keep all of our vendors automotive or kustom culture low brow oriented. This is an outside show there is no power and you will need your own tables, chairs, easy ups and so on. We hope that you will become part of one of the longest running traditional and unique car shows in southern California and to those of you that have been with us before thank you again for all your support, its because of you we have such an amazing show so thank you.

Once you have sent in your vendor application please send your company logo and or website to rockabillyextravaganza@msn.com so we can post it to the rockabilly66 website and social media

LOAD IN TIME FOR VENDORS IS 5:AM TO 8:AM SATURDAY MORNING THERE WILL BE LIMITED SETUP TIME FRIDAY CALL FOR FRIDAY SETUP TIME 909-648-2640 .PLEASE PARK IN DESIGNATED VENDOR PARKING.

All information needs to be filled out completely!!!!!!  YOU WILL RECEIVE A COPY OF YOUR FORM VIA EMAIL, PLEASE MAIL A COPY OF THE FORM WITH YOUR PAYMENT.
